Asset Assignment

Assets are assigned to certain individuals or contractors who will assume responsibility for the inspection and maintenance of their assets.

Automated Scheduling

Inspections can be scheduled for any time and any interval between inspections. Automated reminders can be sent to persons responsible.

Asset Pictures

Pictures can be assigned to all assets on the system to enhance the user interface. Pictures can also be taken during the inspection stage to highlight any issues.

Asset History

An entire history of each asset is securely stored on the system. This can include the cost of the asset, inspections received, various maintenance procedures undertaken and a history of locations the asset has been active.

User-Friendly Interface

Our system is designed with the user in mind at all times. All functions can be performed quickly and easily by persons of any level of computer literacy. Assets can be found on the system using easy to navigate search bars and assets are stored in logical category groupings.

Asset Status Flag

Assets that fail inspection will be flagged accordingly, notification sent to the asset owner and the asset will enter a failed inspections category to be actioned upon.

Customised Inspections

Tailor inspections to your own requirements. Simple interface enables users to create inspections with multiple question types, including Yes/No, multiple choice, numeric, drop down menu's etc.
